This year marks the fourth time the Hungarian Fashion & Design Agency is organising the Budapest Fashion & Tech Summit, a free conference revolving around the fashion industry. The event approaches and presents the future of the fashion industry from the perspectives of sustainability, exchange of knowledge, cultural heritage, e-commerce and the changing consumer behaviour trends.

After the great success of the 2020 digital event, the professional conference will be held online once again this year. The programs of the two-day international event will be available on the official Facebook page of the BFTS, where domestic and international speakers will hold online professional video discussions.

This year’s edition of the Budapest Fashion & Tech Summit will feature fashion industry players from the V4 countries – as Hungary took over the V4 Presidency from Poland on the 30th of June. The event will therefore pay special attention to the inclusion of neighbouring countries in the programme, with the aim of giving fashion industry players in the region – from designers to large corporations and industry press – the opportunity to introduce themselves and participate in networking thanks to the event’s roundtable discussions and presentations. This will also help to increase and strengthen the presence of professionals from the region and V4 countries on the international stage.

A Magyar Divat & Design Ügynökség idén harmadik alkalommal valósítja meg a Budapest Fashion & Tech Summit nemzetközi szaktekintélyeket megszólaltató ingyenes divatipari konferenciát. A rendezvény a fenntarthatóság, a tudásmegosztás, a kulturális örökség, valamint az e-kereskedelem és a megváltozott fogyasztói szokások szemszögéből közelíti meg és mutatja be a divatipar jövőjét.
A 2020-as nagysikerű digitális rendezvény után, idén ismét online térben valósul meg a szakmai konferencia. A két napos nemzetközi esemény programjai a BFTS hivatalos Facebook oldalán lesznek követhetők, ahol a hazai és nemzetközi előadók videós bejelentkezések keretében fejtik ki szakmai véleményeiket.

A Budapest Fashion & Tech Summit idei kiadásában kiemelt szerephez jutnak a V4-es országok divatipari szereplői – mint ismeretes, Magyarország június 30-tól átvette a V4 soros elnökségi tisztséget Lengyelországtól. A rendezvény ezért kiemelt figyelmet szentel a környező országok programba való becsatornázására azzal a céllal, hogy a régiós divatipari szereplők, a tervezőktől a nagyvállalatokon át a szakmai sajtóig, az esemény kerekasztal-beszélgetései, körkapcsolása és prezentációi által lehetőséget kapjanak a bemutatkozásra és a kapcsolatépítésre. Mindez azt is elősegíti, hogy a régió és a V4 országok szakmai szereplőinek jelenléte az eddiginél erőteljesebb legyen a nemzetközi színtéren.
