Natural History Tour in Modra

Join us for a new interesting tour with an enviro-ecologist, which will take you through the beautiful forests of Modra, the hills and the vineyard area.
You will learn how the forest is formed, why alders have crooked roots, long horn beetle likes oaks and what dirty digger enjoys. In addition, you will see three interesting places – the new Štúr’s bench – the meditative place of the greatest Slovak, the fabulously picturesque Harmonia and at the end we will enjoy an idyllic view of the vineyard landscape and the whole town.

Please note, minimum of 10 attendees required for this event. Maximum capacity is 30 attendees.

Timetable trip to Modra
– at 12:00 meet up on the platform number 21 on Main Bus Station „Mlynské Nivy“
– One way bus ticket / 2,10 eur/Adult
– at 12:25 a departure of a bus from Bratislava to Modra
– 13:25 – 17:30 our hiking in Modra forests
– 17:30 – 18:35 local kebabs or ice cream
– 18:35 a departure of a bus from Modra
